What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver, 18K and 24K gold-plated sterling silver, and feature stones including cubic zirconia, moissanite, and zircon crystals. Select pieces use a water-resistant PVD coating for everyday durability.

Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our sterling silver and gold-plated pieces are generally suitable for sensitive skin. We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfume, and lotions to maintain the finish.

Will the gold plating wear off?
Gold-plated pieces are designed for regular wear, but the plating may fade over time with heavy use. To extend the life of your jewellery, remove it before swimming, showering, or applying beauty products.

Are your earrings suitable for pierced ears only?
Most of our earrings require pierced ears. However, our ear cuff and cartilage cuff styles are non-piercing and can be worn by anyone.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to multiple countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Store your pieces in a dry, cool place — ideally in a jewellery box or pouch. Avoid contact with water, perfume, hairspray, and cleaning products. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Can I wear my jewellery in the shower or while swimming?
We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising to preserve the finish and extend its lifespan.
